Meet Laura Tonkin

My philosophy

I’m Laura, a Certified Practising Nutritionist passionate about helping people navigate hormonal and health challenges with clarity and compassion. I support individuals across life stages to better understand their bodies, improve energy, and feel confident through practical, evidence-based nutrition.
 

My work is shaped by both clinical training and lived experience, including my own fertility journey. Being recently diagnosed with alpha-gal syndrome has strengthened my allergy-aware, individualised approach, helping people manage symptoms during flare-ups while supporting long-term gut health.
 

I support people through reproductive and general health, gut health, stress management, and building sustainable nutrition habits that work for real life.
