Consultations
Virtual consultations are conducted through a secure telehealth video call platform. Upon booking your appointment, you will receive a link to join the video call at the scheduled time. The consultation can be accessed on either your computer or phone.
After the consultation, you will receive an email containing consultation notes, a personalised treatment plan, referrals for pathology and/or functional testing (if required), and instructions on how to order prescribed supplements. These supplements can be conveniently ordered online and delivered directly to your home.

This call is a 10-minute opportunity to address any inquiries you have about the process. During this call, we will discuss your specific needs and determine if I am the appropriate practitioner for you. This no-obligation chat is specifically designed for new patients seeking guidance.

Online Initial Consultation

Your initial consultation is all about getting to know you and your health story. We’ll take a deep dive into your current health concerns, look at any recent pathology or functional testing, and explore your medical history, lifestyle, and environment. Together, we’ll talk through your health goals and begin creating a personalised treatment plan that’s realistic, supportive, and tailored to your needs.
You’ll receive your treatment plan within 24 hours. It will include practical dietary and lifestyle guidance, supplement recommendations, and any referrals for further testing if needed.

Follow up
30 minutes | $145
Follow-up consultations are an important part of your ongoing health journey. In these sessions, we’ll check in on your progress, revisit your health goals, and see how you’re feeling overall. We may suggest further pathology or functional testing if needed, and we’ll review your supplements, provide tailored support, and fine-tune your treatment plan to keep things moving in the right direction.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Please note that a minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or change an appointment. Failure to provide this notice will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the value of the scheduled appointment. This allows me to schedule in patients from my waiting list. Cancellation on day of appointment or no show appointments will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
